This is where a Russian killing camp exists. This used to be a secret camp but now both agencies know of its existance. It is ruled by the infamous spymaster, Sasha X, this is known as the best and only school for assassins and spies.
These cats learn the arts of close combat, small arms training, survival skills, espionage, demolition and toxic administration. They each also specialize in either a fighting technique, a weapon of their choice, or another type of specialization.
This school used to be only for Russian Blues but since the secret is out, the camp is now open to those who show extreme promise as kittens. Russian Blues are still the majority however.
