Feline Liberation Front
Abbreviated FLF, these felines are all about bringing down the canine race completely. They are a complete underground network. The top cats of this group are also usually the top most wanted by D.O.G.S.
Though there is no apperant leader of this group, there are some particularly evil kitties who seem to be on top. These cats also work very closly with the Vladivostok assassin cats and the Ninja Cats.
